Student Leadership

There are a number of ways that students can learn leadership skills. They include:

  • Student representative council
  • Peer support
  • Peer mediation
  • Peer tutoring (reading)
  • Rock Eisteddfod group leaderss
  • School magazine editorial committee
  • Student Representative Council (SRC)

The Student Representative Council is one of Randwick Girls leadership programs. Students from all Years are involved.

The SRC members are elected by their fellow students to represent all students in the school and who organise ways for students to participate in school life.

SRCs work democratically to represent the student body in school decision-making. Students work together, with help from a staff member, to improve school life and to contribute students' ideas.
